In this book, the author masterfully reveals the source of self-limitation of beliefs. In this paragraph, it is the beliefs that effectively deprive us of all this agitation ultimately creates unnecessary suffering. First, the four agreements are based on the ancient wisdom of Toltec, which offers a very imaginative code of conduct. It`s something that has the potential to change our whole life completely, which leads to a very fresh experience of freedom. Second, love and true happiness are also something that is part of people`s newly transformed lives. Peter has a soft voice. Don has wonderful wisdom. It`s the direct answer to all my torment. It`s like he`s talking to me and giving me guidance on my particular situation with my surroundings.
I felt resentment, anger at the rude and reckless behaviour of my family and friends. It may not be easy, but I will really change the situation and be immune to his behavior using this technique. I hear it over and over again, until my heart reaches the happiness told at the end of the book. Listening also makes a difference as a reading. For me, this misses my filtering and the direction of the mind, and my subliminic consciousness acts and my heart changes. Thank you Miguel, Peter and Audible.) The rather religious attitude at the beginning of the book discouraged me at first. I decided to stick to it and keep listening. I was rewarded when the book outlined some useful principles:1. Be immaculate with your words.2. Don`t take anything personally.3. Don`t make assumptions.4. Always do your best.
Easy, not always easy to practice, but swing with me! it was a great book easy to listen to and was very informative I really enjoyed Don Miguel Ruiz dedicated his life to sharing the wisdom of the old Toltec. Peter Coyote tells it beautifully and the length is perfect to get the message across concisely and concisely, while allowing you to absorb his wonderful messages. I can`t recommend it enough. It`s not often that I get a “buzz” from a book, but I`m scolding now. Do yourself a favor…. I couldn`t finish this. They don`t learn anything new.
